Black Magic Sanction is the latest installment in the best selling series by Kim Harrison which features bounty hunter witch Rachel Morgan. I’ve enjoyed reading Kim Harrison since Dead Witch Walking. I think it contained among the most humorous and dangerous situations Rachel ever found herself in: trapped as a mink on a rat fighting circuit.
