My daughter had a project for her second grade class.  She was tasked with creating a banner about her favorite book, and she chose Little Vampire by Joann Sfar.

This graphic novel includes three stories, Little Vampire Goes to School, Little Vampire Does Kung Fu!, and Little Vampire and the Society of Canine Defenders.  Joann Sfar wrote as well as illustrated this adventure series featuring Little Vampire, his dog Phantomato, and his collection of monstrously funny friends.
