Exploring Guam by Boat

My husband and I recently enjoyed a boat date. When we got out on the water, it was so calm that we decided to make a trip around the entire island. I had never done this before. It took a few hours, and every minute was pure joy, taking in the natural beauty of Guam.

While I had explored most of the coves along the west side where some of my favorite dive spots are, I had never seen the east side of the island by boat. The winds are stronger on the east side, which made the terrain at the water’s edge vary quite a bit from the west side. There are more caves and blow holes. On the southwest side, there’s a section of mangroves that I had never seen before.

I’m so grateful to have had the chance to circle the island by boat.
