Lottery by Patricia Wood was released in paperback last week. Patricia Wood was the only American author with the distinction of making the short list of finalists for this year’s Orange Broadband Prize for Fiction. They were kind enough to link to my review of her book as the primary review reference from the Orange Prize for Fiction website. To read the review, please click here. Great for you, Lisa! Your book reviews are well written.
I had some time for browsing yesterday at Barnes and Noble and noticed this cover but didn’t pick it up. It’s been some time since I was in a bookstore but I didn’t pick up a single book – I’m going to add this to by “Books to Buy” list.

Thank you Amber. I enjoy your book reviews as well. I think you’d enjoy “Lottery.” It’s a good summer read.
